Investment approach
The fund manager is a bottom-up long-term investor who manages the portfolio with a low turn-over. He employs an unconstrained approach with a contrarian value bias.

Sell disciplines
The stock selection process is complemented by a clear and pragmatic sell discipline:
- No price targets are set at time of purchase.
- Will not become a forced seller because valuations are
increasing.
- Can hold stock through its cycle from a "value play" to a "growth play" - Will continue to monitor stocks closely and meet regularly with company management to evaluate whether original reasons for purchase still hold true.
- Will allow new stock ideas to drive out old ideas that:
- Have reached their potential.
- Are failing to deliver.
- Offer less exciting potential.
